With the 9 kW electric heater it is easy to regulate the sauna steam by throwing water directly on the top of the heater for vigorously hot steam or to the sides of the heater for a gentler more relaxing bathing experience. The heater’s 286 lb of stones heat up in about an hour. An old sauna heater is easy to replace with this model because it can usually be installed to the same electric cabling.
The heater has a built-in control unit with a 1-hour clock, 8 hr pre-timer and thermostat control.
Our elegant sauna heaters are built in Finland, hand-made from stainless steel and other high-quality materials that meet the most demanding standards. IKI heaters are being tested throughout the entire manufacturing process in Finland and they all conform to US UL875 standard.
